The IAEA website has four ways to search for a IAEA qualified engineers Three enable you to search our corporate database of members who are available to inspect your motor vehicle under a number of scenarios, as listed in the inspection types.

The fourth method enables you to check against our database of members for the status of an individuals membership.

Corporate Search Methods

Find Your Nearest

To find your nearest engineer simply select the mileage radius and then the post area which that radius should be applied to, click Go and the system will produce a list of all engineering companies within the given radius of the post code selected.

Search by Post Code

Simply select the post area and click Go the system will then list all engineering companies who will inspect vehicles within the selected post area.

Search by an alphabetical list

Simply select the letter of the alphabet which you would like to search for and the system will return all engineering companies whose trading name starts with that letter.

Individual Membership Search

Check Membership Status

Simply select the letter of the alphabet which you would like to search for and the system will return all members whose surname starts with that letter.
