Regional AGMs 2021
Zoom - 18:30-19:00 BST
In advance of the AGMs, we are pleased to announce that all regional committee members have kindly agreed to extend their term in office until the 2022 regional AGMs, when we are hopeful that the regions will be operating as they were before the lockdown.

All regional AGMs will be held simultaneously on Zoom

Following the AGMs there will be a CPD presentation given by Andrew Marsh Hon.F.Inst.A.E.A, co-owner and engineering director, Ezi-Methods.

Programme

Each region will host an informal AGM.

As there have been no local events or CPD activity, there will be no formal reporting at the regional AGMs, but this will provide an opportunity for local committees to share their plans for when restrictions are eased, and to answer questions from attendees.

How will the virtual AGM & CPD event work?

The AGMs will be held in virtual breakout rooms separate to the main meeting room.

When you log in, you will need to select the breakout room for your region. When each AGM is completed, the breakout room will be closed and attendees moved back to the main room, where the CPD presentation will start at 19:00.

How do I join and are there any system requirements?

The activities are being hosted on Zoom, joining instructions will be provided once you have confirmed that you are attending. There is an attendance form where you can register.

System requirements

There are no specific system requirements for using Zoom. However, there are some restrictions regarding access to breakout rooms with older versions of Zoom, so you may be required to download a later version. Full details of the version number required for all operation systems will be provided with your confirmation mail.

Can I attend the CPD event only?

We hope that you will be able to attend the AGM and support your local committee, but if you are not able to attend both sessions you are very welcome to attend just the CPD session.

Will there be a certificate of attendance?

CPD certificates will be available to those attending.

We look forward to seeing you on the 26th April
