North West EGM


The NW region of the IAEA is holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on the 8th March from 7 till 9 pm to elect the following positions:

Treasurer, Secretary and Committee members.

After the meeting is closed, there will also be a speaker and the chance afterward to network with colleagues from different areas and specialisms.


The meeting will take place at the Britannia Hotel, Beaumont Road, Bolton, BL3 4TA. It is just 1 mile off junction 5 of the M61.


Adam Murray, Past President of the IAEA will lecture on the subject of New Vehicle Technology and the ABI Code of Practice:

  • Summary vehicle technology is changing. Do engineers understand what is coming?
  • The ABI Code of Practice has changed, what are the implications of these changes?
