Former BMW Financial Services Head of Strategy, Shashi Maharaj joins the BVRLA today as Legal & Membership Director, responsible for the association's governance, compliance and membership functions.
Having spent over twenty years with BMW in a variety of senior legal, strategy and compliance roles, Shashi, who has more recently been responsible for governance and compliance in the UK and Ireland, is delighted to be joining the senior management team at the BVRLA, saying:
'The BVRLA is a very well-respected and influential trade body committed to promoting the highest industry standards and I am looking forward to working with members and colleagues across the association to support the vehicle rental, leasing and fleet sectors as we navigate the unchartered waters of a post-Brexit and post-pandemic business environment.'
