The latest collision repair industry report from CAPS – covering unique claims and supply chain transmissions in September – shows claims have increased by 28% following a single-digit dip in August
For the same period, supply chain transmissions (covering parts, mobility and systems) increased by 21%, again following a single digit dip the previous month.
The new figures are 73% for unique claims (compared to 57% in August) and 75% for supply chain transmissions (compared to 62% previously) and are measured against January's pre-lockdown level of exchanges across CAPS (Common Automotive Platform Standard), which includes more than 1,200 registered bodyshops.
The report, use link below, also includes indications of regional growth across the UK.
