Herd Group has selected FMG for the provision of accident management services to support its contract hire and vehicle rental business
FMG will provide 24/7 support to Herd Group's 19 franchises across the UK. This means that all customers involved in incidents can call FMG directly for round the clock incident support, including a ULR service to recoup uninsured losses following non-fault accidents.
Nigel Schroder, CEO at Herd Hire, which provides vans for corporate and business customers along with retail hire, said: "The Herd business is built around doing whatever it takes to make sure our customers are operational 24/7.
