Starting Salary £34k for a development engineer where we support with training and exams. We will renumerate more for experienced qualified engineers and will advise on a case by case basis.

We are on the hunt for at least 2 motor engineers, home based positions, engineering predominantly desktop with some physical inspections as and when required.
This role requires an individual with great communication and admin skills, is self-confident with attention to detail, who is methodical, organised, hardworking, and trustworthy. You must be computer literate and a current ATA or equivalent qualification, alongside AQP and you must be an associate member of the IAEA or willing to complete within 12 months.
Experience of working with high-volume partners will be invaluable, however the right candidate, with a great can-do attitude, will very quickly grasp the requirements and we are confident will deliver the required business performance with training and support.
Both a strong technical and financial understanding is at the core of the right candidate and a clear understanding of repair methods, ADAS requirements, and the growing EV technology would aid the right candidate.
This role plays an integral part towards delivery of an excellent customer journey. A strong working relationship with work providers and customers, is vital. All candidates must be prepared to go that extra mile, whilst working to tight deadlines and following strict processes.
