Following the success of the IAEA's previous virtual AGMs, the Institute have decided to provide access to members unable to attend the event in person to attend the AGM remotely via Zoom.
A notice has been sent out to Corporate Members confirming that the AGM will take place on Saturday 17thSeptember at 11.30am. The AGM will be followed by a networking lunch, the conference will start at 2pm and the awards dinner at 7.15pm.

Can I attend the AGM if I am not a corporate member?
All members of the institute are invited to attend the AGM, only corporate members are permitted to vote. Voting is online and will close 36 hours before the AGM, the results of the vote will be shared at the meeting.
We ask that any questions you wish to be raised at the AGM are submitted ahead of the event, either on the registration form or by email to the company secretary.
To attend the AGM please complete the registration form. If you are attending the AGM remotely, a link will be sent providing access to the online Zoom meeting.
